BIM 360 Partner Card allows for direct, View-Only access to your project within BIM 360. Since no StructionSite user account is required, once this integration is set up, viewers will only need to be a part of your BIM 360 project to see the StructionSite project.

With BIM 360 Partner's Card, users can:

  • View your StructionSite project without leaving BIM 360.

  • Navigate your StructionSite project drawings, photos, and VideoWalks inside BIM 360.

  • Utilize StructionSite's Split View while in BIM 360.

NOTE: Since this is a View-Only experience, you will not be able to edit or download content on the project within BIM 360.

How to set up the BIM 360 Partner Card:

Since the BIM 360 Partner Card uses the Public Viewing Link to host your StructionSite project in BIM 360, this link will need to be enabled. To check, in your StructionSite project, navigate to "Settings." Here you will find the "Public Viewing Link" under the "Media Sharing" section. If enabled, the adjacent button will highlighted blue.

More info about this link and more detailed steps for enabling can be found here.

How to set up the BIM 360 Partner Card:

Once you have confirmed that your Public Viewing Link is enabled, you're ready to set up the BIM 360 Partner Card.

1. From your BIM 360 home page select "Card Library" on the top right corner of your screen.

NOTE: If you do not see this, you will have to select "Customize" first.

2. When you have "Card Library" opened, use the search field to type in "StructionSite."

3. Check the box in the upper left-hand image of the StructionSite card. Afterward, select "Add Card."

4. Once the card is added, it will appear on the nearest slot at the bottom of your homepage. Locate the new StructionSite card and select "Configure" to open the "Configure Card" window.

5. Next, enter a title. We recommend using the project's name as it appears within StructionSite.

6. Then copy and paste the StructionSite's project Public Viewing Link URL.

7. Once you have filled out all the required fields, click "Save."

The setup will now be complete. You will be able to view StructionSite through BIM 360, which will appear as:
