Instead of inviting separate users to a project individually, you can share access to colleagues and trade partners who do not have StructionSite user accounts by enabling the Public Viewing Link, which grants view-only access into your StructionSite project.

NOTE: This feature requires a project team or company plan!

How to enable this feature:

1. From the project homepage, navigate to the "Settings" tab

2. In the "Sharing" section of the "Settings" page, check the box next to "Public Viewing Link." Once you see this box update to orange and see the Public Viewing Link url field populate, select "Save Changes."

4. To share this link with your colleagues and trade partners, click the "Copy" button beside the Public Viewing Link url field.

NOTE: You can turn this feature on/off at any time. If turned off, the Public Viewing Link will no longer function.
