After prolonged capture usage, the StructionSite mobile app may begin to occupy a notable amount of space on your phone or tablet. For an optimal app experience, it's recommend to routinely clear the cache and stored files from your StructionSite app.
NOTE: Clearing cache and deleting stored files only removes items from your mobile device, and will not delete any synced content from your project.
To clear space on your device, follow these steps:
1. Open your Android device's Settings app, and select "Apps & notifications."
2. Next, select "App info," then scroll through your list of installed apps and select "StructionSite."
3. On the StructionSite App info page, select "Storage & cache."
4. On the "Storage & cache" page, you will see app space data, such as App size, user data, cache, and a total occupied space. Here, to remove occupied space, tap "Clear storage" or "Clear cache" if the listed amount of space occupied seems large.
