If your 360 camera's SD card's storage space is running low, you may encounter inhibited capture functionality. If you're too low on space, VideoWalks and 360 Photos will not be able to be synced onto your drawing because there will not be enough space to first save these items onto your camera. To avoid these potential issues, we recommend monitoring the amount of available space.

Below, you will find steps for checking your storage space for your Insta360 ONE X, Insta360 ONE R, and Garmin VIRB 360 cameras.

Insta360 ONE X

To review your Insta360 ONE X's available storage space, you will use the "Insta360 ONE X" mobile app.

1. In the "Insta360 ONE X" app, select the "Settings" gear icon on the bottom right of your screen.

2. Next, in the list of settings options, select "SD Card Management." Here, you will see your ONE X's available storage space:

If your ONE X's storage space is low, select the red "Format" icon to clear your SD card. Please, make sure you have backed-up all of the content prior to clearing your SD card.

Insta360 ONE R

Similarly to the ONE X, to review your Insta360 ONE R's available storage space, you will use the "Insta360" mobile app.

1. In the "Insta360" app, select the "Settings" gear icon on the bottom right of your screen.

2. Next, in the list of settings options, under "Camera Settings, first select "Other Settings," then select "Camera Storage." Here, you will see your ONE R's available storage space:

If your ONE R's storage space is low, select the red "Format" icon to clear your SD card. Please, make sure you have backed-up all of the content prior to clearing your SD card.

Garmin VIRB 360

Unlike the Insta360 ONE X and ONE R, you will review the Garmin VIRB 360's available storage space directly on the camera itself.

1. Press the VIRB's navigation arrow buttons until you get to "Setup," then select "OK."

2. Navigate to "SD Card," and press "OK."

3. Then use the arrow buttons to navigate to "SD Card Info." Then, press "OK."

4. Here, press the navigation arrows over to "Free Space," where you will see your VIRB's available storage space:

If your VIRB's storage space is low, save the files from your SD card onto your computer, then follow the steps to clear your SD card here.
