How to set your project's location and timezone

StructionSite also allows users to assign a project location, using the Address field. This field pulls data from Google, so locations can be as specific as a jobsite address or temporary field office address, or as generic as a city or state.

NOTE: Setting the project location will set the project's timezone, which is reflected by your content's capture timestamp.

How to Add an Address to a Project:

1. From your Project Dashboard, select a project and navigate to the "Settings" page.

2. Under the Address field, input the project's location:

b. In this example, the project's location is defined by inputting the city, which also pulls matching criteria from Google:

3. In the drop-down list, select the project's location by clicking the address from the suggested information provided by Google.

4. Once you have added the project location, to finalize this process, select "Save Changes."
