Among our numerous export methods, StructionSite users are able to download Standard and 360 Photos directly from a drawing's pin or from a project's photo album. So users can easily share Standard and 360 Photos with clients, owners, and colleagues, all images download as .JPEG files.

Steps for downloading images directly from a pin on a drawing:

1. Open the pin image you want to download in full-screen to bring up the features toolbar.

2. In the features toolbar, which will be on the right side of your screen, select the Download icon.

3. The image will begin downloading and, once completed, be saved as a .zip file in your web browser's downloads folder.

4. Unzip the file to access the image, and save the image to your computer. The unzipped image will save as a .JPEG file.

Steps for download from your project's photo album:

To download an image from your project's photo album, open the Photos tab from the project menu. In the photo album, select the image your want to download. You will be redirected to the image. Here, just follow the directions outlined above in Step 2 through Step 4.

Note: This feature is only available on the web app. Both Admins and Collaborators are able to download images using this method.
