After prolonged capture usage, the StructionSite mobile app may begin to occupy a notable amount of space on your phone or tablet. For an optimal app experience, it's recommend to routinely clear the cache and stored files from your StructionSite app.

NOTE: Clearing cache and deleting stored files only removes items from your mobile device, and will not delete any synced content from your project.

To clear space on your device, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Project Dashboard on your mobile app and click the Hamburger menu (three-lined = symbol) on the top left of your screen.

2. This opens a collapsible menu on the left side of your page. Here, scroll and select "Storage Settings."

3. Then, to remove occupied space, tap "Clear Cache" or "Delete Stored Files" if the listed amount of space occupied seems large.
